The volume builder market is crowded, they all sell the same products at the same prices, using the same trades to do their building for them. It’s very hard to get any cut through without a significant media budget. Sherridon Homes came to us wanting to stand out, but with only modest media budgets, they needed a way to stand out that wasn’t an overpromise. We worked with them to develop a new brand, highlighting the one difference they could claim - their off-the-plan designs come with a better list of standard inclusions, so they build to a higher standard. The campaign has gone live across radio, print, out of home and digital channels.
