Lake Mountain Alpine Resort

As ski seasons are shrinking, Victoria’s alpine resorts need to work harder to make the most of what snow there is, plus find ways to diversify their offerings beyond snow-related activities. We’ve been working with Lake Mountain for two years now, helping them to make the most of diminishing snow time, plus growing their Green Season visitors on-mountain. The campaign generated increased visitation of 500%.
